DNA Macrame

Macrame is one of the many fiber arts I picked up during the pandemic in a big way. The joke around my school is that I will macrame anything that stands still long enough, and if doors are left unlocked I will sneak gifts of macrame into other teachers' classrooms. Macrame also makes a very accessible entry-level craft project since the basic knots are the same as many lanyard, paracord, and friendship-bracelet knots students may already be familiar with.
